The Omani Society for Hereditary Blood Disorders concluded its active participation in the Oman Health Exhibition and Conference 2024, which was held under the supervision of the Ministry of Health at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center, amid wide interaction from the public and specialists in the health sector.
The society’s booth witnessed a large turnout of visitors who showed notable interest in learning about hereditary blood disorders, prevention methods, and the latest available treatments. The society also communicated with a number of local and international doctors and specialists, exchanging opinions and experiences on how to improve healthcare for patients with hereditary blood disorders in the Sultanate.
The society’s participation in this event was part of its ongoing efforts to enhance community awareness and provide necessary consultations and support for those affected by hereditary blood disorders. This participation also provided an important platform for opening new channels of dialogue with partners in the health sector, aiming to improve the quality of services provided to patients and develop treatment programs.
